Kailash Mansarovar Yatra By Helicopter from Hyderabad (13 Days)

Departure from Hyderabad Airport at 08.20 a.m. and arrival at Kathmandu Airport at 01.45 p.m. On arrival, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and attend the Yatra briefing. Later, visit Pashupatinath Temple, subject to the day's operating schedule. Spend the evening preparing for the sacred Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.

After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing and visit important spiritual landmarks of Kathmandu, including Budhanilkantha Temple, subject to the final operating schedule. Later, complete the required documentation, permits and other preparations for the onward journey. Attend the pre-Yatra briefing and take adequate rest before travelling to the Himalayan region. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.

After breakfast, transfer to Kathmandu Airport and board the flight to Nepalgunj. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Nepalgunj is an important transit point for pilgrims travelling towards the Himalayan region. Complete the necessary preparations and receive a briefing regarding the helicopter journey to Simikot and Hilsa. Overnight stay at Nepalgunj.

Early morning, proceed to Nepalgunj Airport and board the flight to Simikot. From Simikot, continue by helicopter towards Hilsa, near the Nepal–Tibet border. Complete the required immigration and border formalities before entering Tibet. Continue towards the designated accommodation and take complete rest for acclimatization. Night stay at Hilsa/Purang region.

After breakfast, complete the required entry formalities and proceed by vehicle towards Purang (Taklakot). Enjoy the spectacular Himalayan landscape along the route. On arrival at Purang, check in to the accommodation and spend the rest of the day resting and acclimatizing to the higher altitude. Overnight stay at Purang.

After breakfast, spend the day at Purang for acclimatization. Depending on weather, local regulations and the group's physical condition, a short local walk may be arranged. Pilgrims are advised to take adequate rest, remain hydrated and avoid strenuous activities. Overnight stay at Purang.

After breakfast, proceed towards the sacred Lake Mansarovar. Enjoy magnificent views of the Tibetan plateau and, subject to weather and visibility, the sacred Mount Kailash range. Spend time near Lake Mansarovar for prayers and spiritual activities as permitted by the local authorities. Later, continue towards Darchen, the base town for the Kailash Parikrama. Overnight stay at Darchen.

After an early breakfast, proceed from Darchen to Yam Dwar by vehicle (Approx. 15 Kms / 30-45 Mins), the traditional starting point of the Kailash Parikrama. From Yam Dwar, begin the pilgrimage trek towards Dirapuk, covering approximately 12 Kms / 5-6 Hrs, depending on the walking pace and local conditions. Enjoy magnificent views of Mount Kailash along the route. Overnight stay at Dirapuk.

Start early from Dirapuk for the most challenging section of the Kailash Parikrama. Proceed towards the high-altitude Dolma La Pass, followed by the sacred Gauri Kund, and continue the descent towards Zuthulpuk. The total trek is approximately 22 Kms, although the actual distance and duration may vary according to the route, weather and walking conditions. Overnight stay at Zuthulpuk.

After breakfast, complete the remaining portion of the Kailash Parikrama and proceed towards the designated finishing point. Continue by vehicle towards Darchen and then proceed towards Purang. On arrival, check in to the accommodation and take adequate rest after completing the Kailash Parikrama. Overnight stay at Purang.

After breakfast, proceed from Purang towards Hilsa and complete the necessary border and immigration formalities. Subject to weather and helicopter availability, board the helicopter from Hilsa to Simikot. From Simikot, continue by flight towards Nepalgunj. On arrival, transfer to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay at Nepalgunj.

After breakfast, transfer to Nepalgunj Airport and board the flight to Kathmandu. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is kept for rest and leisure. Depending on the flight schedule and time available, additional local sightseeing or temple visits may be arranged. Overnight stay at Kathmandu.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Airport. Reaching Kathmandu Airport at 11.00 a.m. Departure from Kathmandu Airport at 02.45 p.m. Reaching Hyderabad Airport at 07.10 p.m.

Subhayatra (A Unit of Sri Sairam Subhayatra) reserves the right to alter, vary or withdraw any tour it has advertised or published if it is deemed advisable or necessary without assigning any reason if the tour is cancelled all amount paid by you will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered. Yatra timing and itinerary are subject to change. Consequently it may be revised at any time during the yatra, with or without notice depending on the exigencies of occasion. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on yatra. In this case if any yatra participant misses any part of sightseeing due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same. No refund is payable for any unutilized services.
Subhayatra accepts no responsibilities for losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connections, strike, weather/quarantine or other causes howsoever caused and all such expenses must be borne by the tourist.
We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem his/her acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.

Booking

The payments should be made by Demand, Drafts, Cheque, Net Banking and Online payment only, in the name of M/s. SRI SAIRAM SUBHAYATRA, Chennai. Advance payment 50% at the time of booking, Balance amount to be paid 3 days before the departure. Without full payment customers are not entitled to take part in the tour.

Cancellations

In any circumstances, if any customers cannot able to attend for the tour, the cancellation charge will be as follows:

Train Packages

  • 30 Days before the tour date, 10% of the tour fare
  • 30 Days before the tour date, 10% of the tour fare
  • 2 Days before the tour date, 50% of the tour fare
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations afterwards.

Flight Packages

  • 10 Days before the tour date, 25% of the tour fare
  • 2 Days before the tour date, 50% of the tour fare
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations afterwards.

Accomodation

Subhayatra will provide accommodation in decent hotels. According to your bookings the rooms will be twin / triple sharing. According to the checkout time only hotel accommodation will be given. If a customer needs single room he has to pay the difference amount.
